By accessing or using JSA Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Product

JSA Pro provides AI-assisted safety documentation tools. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
• JSA Pro is a tool to assist, not replace, professional safety judgment.
• We do not guarantee that jsas created with our tool will meet every specific local regulation without user review.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.2 Subscriptions: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the active subscription term.
3.3 Credits: AI generation consumes credits. Unused credits may roll over depending on your specific plan terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JSA Pro and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JSA Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be ruled and defined in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
